George Andrews, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Andrews completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University in 1986, where he received a degree in Chemistry. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Medical College of Virginia in 1990 followed by a post-graduate residency in advanced general dentistry with an emphasis on dental implants at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans.
Having been in private practice in Atlanta since 1991, Dr. Andrews has been committed to staying at the forefront of dentistry by participating in regular and ongoing post-doctoral education. Dr. Andrews completes 30 hours of continuing education every year and is also a certified Invisalign® provider. He has completed numerous courses at the Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Education, which has influenced a great deal of his practice philosophy. The institute is for dentists who aspire to provide individualized care through building relationships with patients. Dr. Andrews, who subscribes to the principles and practices of optimal care, understands your desire for the best dental services that are appropriate for your circumstances and objectives.
Additional post-graduate education includes the Louisiana State University Cosmetics continuum, the Synergy Program for implants, yearly course work at the Hinman dental meetings, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry meetings. In fact, Dr. A has been recognized by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as having successfully completed the accreditation written exam, an honor bestowed on select dentists that are dedicated to continuing education and have a resolve to produce exceptional dentistry. Dr. Andrews has also been recognized as a Top Dentist by Atlanta Magazine.

His mission as a dentist is to have an office where there’s a team of health professionals whose purpose is to create quality relationships with patients that enables excellent and appropriate dental care.
Dr. Andrews lives in the city of Atlanta with his wife, Brennan, and their two children. When he’s not busy taking care of patients and their smiles, Dr. Andrews enjoys playing jazz piano and cooking. He’s a board member for the Virginia Highland District Association and a participant in Emory University alumni activities.
